Once I have placed my order, am I able to change or cancel it?

Most of our products are built to order. This means that they are made specifically for you! As a result, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel an order. If you realize that you need to make a correction to your order, please contact us immediately. Though it's not a guarantee, we will do our best to accommodate you.

How will you ship my order?

Your order will be shipped via UPS ground.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee is automatically calculated to be 10% of your order total.

When will my order be shipped?

Most of our products are built to order. Because of this, the lead time varies item to item.

Can you expedite shipping?

If you have any special requests regarding an order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I have my order shipped to a PO box?

We are not able to ship to PO boxes.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

At this time, we are not able to ship outside of the contiguous United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

At this time, we are not able to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Quint product! If you aren't, contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return. Product must be returned to us in its original condition and with all the original packaging. We will refund you the price of the product minus a 20% return fee. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping fees may apply.

How do I initiate a return?

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt and we will work to a find the best solution. Please take photos of the damage and retain the damaged product and the original packaging. This will help us determine the best solution.

I'm missing parts. What do I do?

If you are missing parts, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to get you back to work ASAP.
